Delete your account

1. In the app. Open Account, scroll to Delete account, check the confirmation box and tap Delete my account. The account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

2. What is deleted. Your sign-in, homes, rooms, measurements, photos, plans, progress, helper questions linked to your account, job requests you sent, and usage events linked to your account.

3. What we keep. If you are a contractor, records of leads you accepted and their charges stay for accounting, no longer linked to a login. Anything you already sent to a contractor stays with that contractor.

4. Purchases through Apple. Purchases and subscriptions made through Apple are managed by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund them.

5. Sign in with Apple. To also stop Apple sign-in for Renovation, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple.

6. No access to the app? Email support@getrenovation.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
